How do I sign up?
When you purchase an access package, a new account will be created for you automatically. The account information will be emailed to the address used during checkout at PayPal. You will receive instant access to all of the clips. Read more about setting up a
new account if you still have questions.
Do I get charged monthly?
No. There is no automatic reoccurring monthly charge of any kind. Expired accounts are NEVER rebilled automatically in any way.
What do I do if my account is expired?
If the access package you purchased has expired, simply purchase another package by clicking the PayPal buttons around the site. The new package will be added to your account instantly. Be sure to provide the email address you login to Solidcaps with during checking out at PayPal.
Will I be automatically charged if my account expires?
No. You are never forced to sign up again if your account expires and your credit card is never charged/rebilled automatically.
Will my account ever be disabled or removed because of inactivity?
No. Accounts are never removed because of inactivity.
Using the site
What codecs do I need to play the clips?
Most of the clips available here are
XviD or
DivX movies. To play them you will need the correct
codecs installed. The codecs are available for free.

How do I save a clip instead of opening it automatically?
To save a clip, right-click the link and choose "Save Link As" or "Save Target As". The wording may be different depending on the browser you are using.
Can you recommend software to view clips?
The most common video player is probably
Microsoft Windows Media Player. If you have the correct codec installed, it should play any clip available here.
